Hansaplast Med+ Sensitive XL Sterile Plasters x5 consists of a set of five sterile plasters perfect for covering larger or post-surgical wounds. Specifically, these plasters have a high skin tolerance and are therefore perfectly suited to sensitive skin and diabetics. Moreover, its compress does not adhere to the wound, keeping it in perfect conditions so that its healing occurs in the most correct way. In addition, the entire material is very soft and flexible, which also allows plaster removal without any kind of pain or discomfort.
These plasters have a silver technology that prevents wounds from becoming contaminated. That is, when coming into contact with the skin, the silver present in the compress ends up protecting the wound from the first moment. This is because it has broad-spectrum antimicrobial properties that destroy the main infection-causing bacteria and fungi. Thus, wounds are not only perfectly protected from external aggressors, but also their healing can occur efficiently and correctly.

How to use
Before applying Hansaplast Med+ Sensitive XL Sterile Plasters x5, clean the wound of dirt and bacteria to allow proper healing. Then protect the wound by applying one plaster of the proper size. Change plaster daily, unless your doctor tells you otherwise.
